  • There are no credit or returns allowed after 30 days.
  • The Customer Service Manager will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which must be place on the outside of the box if it is our error, otherwise you must pay to ship it back to us.
  • All returns must have the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return.
  • Products must be returned in unopened condition.
  • No returns will be made on custom blends or special product orders.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • If your order has been damaged, please call immediately within the first 5 days.
  • We will expedite your claim. Any exceptions must go through the Customer Service Manager.
