Suggested Use: Take 1/4 teaspoon or less, in water or juice, 2 times per day.
Special Precautions & Warnings: It can cause some minor side effects such as stomach upset, headache, dizziness, and allergic skin reactions. There is also some concern that ginkgo leaf might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding or cause arrhythmia.
