Ingredients: Chlorella Algae, Spirulina (Blue-green algae), Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, Green Kamut (Egyptian alfalfa), Alfalfa Leaf, Dulse Leaf, Atlantic Kelp, Olive Leaf, Citron, Hoodia Fruit, African Mango Fruit, Green Coffee Bean, Garcinia Cambogia Fruit, and ’00’ Veggie Capsules.

Instructions: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules 3 times daily with 8 oz of water 1/2 hour before meals.

CAUTION: Excessive use can lead to dizziness, constipation, indigestion, palpitations and insomnia. Not recommended for use by persons taking blood thinning agents. Garcinia should be safe for most people when taken by mouth for 12 weeks or less. Long-term safety is unknown. Garcinia can cause nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache. Not enough is known about the use of garcinia during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
