Red Raspberry Leaf, Cat’s Claw Root (Una De Gato), Alfalfa Leaf, Peach Leaf, Wild Yam Root, Ginger Root, Rose Hips, False Unicorn Root, Yellow Dock Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Bilberry Leaf (Huckleberry), Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Ashwagandha Root (Winter Cherry).
Use 1 tablespoon of the tea for every 32 oz. of water. Bring water to boil. Add the tea. Let boil for 1 minute. Steep for 5 minutes. Drink 1 or 2 cups per day either warm or at room temperature. May add stevia or honey as a sweetener.
Special Precautions & Warnings:
Not recommended for use by persons taking blood thinning agents. Do not use if have gallstones or obstruction of bile ducts. Should not use if a woman does not wish to become pregnant.
