Truman’s Colonic Tea

Ingredients: 

Cinnamon Bark, Barberry Root, Chamomile Flower, Calendula Flower, Fennel Seed, Anise Seed, Lobelia Leaf, Pau’ D Arco Bark, Catnip Leaf, Birch Bark, Slippery Elm Bark, Bayberry Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Senna Leaf, Dandelion Root, Buckthorn Bark, Fringe Tree Bark, Red Clover Blossoms, Hops Flower, Cayenne Root.

Instructions:

Drink as a tea and use as an enema 2-3 days before receiving a colonic. Drink 2-3 cups a day.
