Red Raspberry Leaf, Jasmine Tea, Rose Hips, Blackberry Leaf, Ginger Root, Lemon Balm Leaf, Hibiscus Flower, Lemon Powder.
Boil one quart of water. Remove form heat. Put in 2 tablespoons of tea. Steep for 10 min. Drink 1 to 4 cups daily as needed.
