Description
Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Black Cohosh Root, Blue Cohosh Root, Beth Root, Squaw Vine Herb, Cramp Bark, Anise Seed, Spikenard Root, Nettle Leaf, Borage Leaf, Lobelia Leaf.
Suggested Use: Use 1 tablespoon of the tea for every 32 oz. of water. Bring water to boil. Add the tea. Let boil for 1 minute. Steep for 5 minutes. Drink 1 or 2 cups per day either warm or at room temperature. May add stevia or honey as a sweetener.
Special Precautions & Warnings: Pregnant women should not use except in the last month of pregnancy. Large amounts cause headaches, nausea and high blood pressure. Do not use if you have ulcers.
