Suggested Use: Mix a teaspoonful into water and drink. Follow with another cup of water.
Special Precautions & Warnings: Diatomaceous earth can make you thirsty. Make sure to drink plenty of water while using this supplement. Also, some forms of diatomaceous earth may be harmful to the lungs, especially if inhaled. Breathing in diatomaceous earth may result in lung problems with people who already have problems in their lungs. This includes asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), etc. Use cautiously.
Keep out of reach of children.
